Pepe Oneto


Proffesional Kitchen Training teacher with both solid academic and practical training in a High Technician Level in restaurant catering, backed by over forty years continuously dedicated to the world of culinary art. Currently he holds his professional activity in the Regional Government of Andalucía, combining this occupation, with many other different tasks in various media related to gastronomy. Therefore, he performs a daily national gastronomic space early in the morning and another weekly, through COPE and has his own television slot on Canal Sur where he does the cooking session Cocina Terapéutica known within the weekly programme Salud al Día.

In addition, he has written many articles both printed and digital related to the Andalusian cuisine. His great contribution to gastronomic literature has resulted in the publication so far of a total of 16 specialized books on this matter. Numerous conferences both in and out of Spain, participation and leadership of several summer courses at the University of Almería, culinary journeys abroad, culinary research studies, etc., among many other activities that have been awarded many times in recognition to his intense career committed to Andalusian cuisine.
